2. What is the pre and post hospitalization claim?

Expenses that are made before the hospitalization and post discharge from the hospital are covered in the medical policy and are known as pre and post hospitalization claim. Generally, it can be 30-60, 60-90 etc. depending upon the policy terms. We help apply your reimbursement taking away the hassles of filling and submitting the claim forms.

3. What is a partial claim?

If your policy sum insured is exhausted or if that particular treatment is under capping, if there is any proportionate deduction or copayment, then you can claim the rest amount from another insurance policy under which you are covered.
